June Diploma Exam Information and Review Instructions

YOU MUST BE DONE ALL ASSIGNMENTS AND IN-CLASS EXAMS BY June 1 IF YOU PLAN ON WRITING A June DIPLOMA. DIPLOMAS START June 13.

Please make sure you are on track and have arranged for a Diploma Prep with your teacher. We expect students to complete the instruction and feedback loop before writing diplomas. We do not believe students who complete a course the night before a diploma are ready for this summative assessment nor have they completed the instructional process. Writing a diploma requires registration, ordering of exams and prior arrangements for accommodations. This must be done with ample notice. Students who are not ready to write in June can write in August. If you have any questions or concerns please call your teacher.

English Review Sessions:

English 30-1 June 6th 10:00 -11: 00 (online) June 7th Pass+ 4:00 - 5:00 pm (in person)

English 30-2 June 6th (online) 2:00 - 3:00 June 7th Pass+ (in person) 6:00- 7:00pm

Social Review Sessions:

Arrange one on one with jennifer.giles@pallisersd.ab.ca

English and Social Part B Reviews will be combined with the Part A Reviews ( See Dates above)
