Key message for 2021-2022

Registration with Palliser Beyond borders High School Program is now open. We are asking parents and caregivers to register before September 30, 2021 to indicate your desire to take online highschool courses with Palliser Beyond Borders for the full academic year, September to June 2021-2022.

This will include the following scenarios:

  • Full time online students
  • Students who require additional courses not available at your brick and mortar primary high school
  • Adult students


New in 2021-22: To ensure you can get the course you need, adults and non-Palliser students must register for courses before our September 30 deadline. Course completion must be done in either semester 1 or semester 2 whichever semester the course was started in. Full year access for course completion is no longer an option.


Returning Student Instructions to Re-register

Parents/Adults will complete a return registration in PowerSchool Enrollment based on your previous year's enrollment at Palliser. This is your opportunity to update any demographic and contact information. A verification code was emailed out to allow you to log into our Powerschool registration portal for returning students.


New Student Registration Instructions

Parents/Adults will complete a new student registration in PowerSchool Enrollment. You will recieve a confirmation message to acknowlwdge receipt.

Steps to register:

  •  Registration for Highschool online can be completed at this link before September 30, 2021.
  • Once we receive your registration, a member of our team will call to complete course selection and availability with you.   Please note: we require ALL new students to complete our "Getting Online Orientaion"(GO course) 
  • After your course request is confirmed available, you will be invoiced and fee payment information will be emailed.
  • Students will be added to courses after fees and registration process is complete.  Fees must be paid before courses are release. This covers our licensing fees.


Palliser High School Student

Students already registered with a Palliser School in grades 10-12 must co-ordinate their registration between their home school and Palliser Beyond Borders by consulting with their school principals/vice principals, or academic counsellors.

Registration is approved and submitted online  by one of these school officials at your Home School.

PBB High School Student

Students in grades 10-12, 19 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year, who wish to register with us and do not attend another high school in the division. 

Non-Palliser High School Student

Students in grades 10-12, under 19 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year and who do not attend a Palliser school, but are a resident of Alberta.

Adult Student

Students who are 20 years of age or older as of September 1 of the current school year and are a resident of Alberta.
