Summer school registration now open until June 21, 2019
We are very excited to announce that the Palliser Beyond Borders (PBB) is now accepting course requests to continue into summer (and complete by July 31, 2019) or start a summer course with early entry now and completion by July 31, 2019.
Information for summer school, diplomas and schedule is posted on our website.
For concurrent students:

School contacts or students complete Summer School Request Form to indicate student wants to roll into summer and plans to complete the course by July 31, 2019
- Students must coordinate the summer registration to continue progress with their current teacher and be sure teachers are informed of student intent. Some may have a new teacher over the summer months,.
- Please take the time to provide all of the information being requested in the form as this information is required to assist in planning our summer school and staffing.
- Once students have submitted, requests will be processed, students will be contacted with further details regarding summer school and course information. Students must check their Palliser email.
- Students who register now for summer school will be given early access to start right away.

A few additional things to note about Summer School:

We will be accepting Summer School Course Requests until June 21st.

A registration fee of $25.00 will apply to all students requesting to participate in Summer School

Additional course fees will apply to our students for summer registration.

Our “GO Course” (An introduction to online learning) is a MANDATORY prerequisite course.

If you have not already completed this course you will be required to enroll

The Go course should be completed by June 30, 2019, in order to ensure you have adequate time to complete any additional course requests

If the student is not currently a Palliser student he/she will be required to complete a Palliser registration form online as well.

Diploma Exam Information:
-
30 level core courses, (MATH, SCIENCE, SOCIAL, ENGLISH) will require the student to write the Alberta Provincial Diploma Exam(s) in Alberta. Diploma exams are offered in August. the student must complete the course by July 31 to be eligible to write in August.

Students are required to write the Diploma Exams at a approved testing site in Alberta

Students who are “re-writing” the Diploma Exam must self register with Alberta Education at MyPass https://public.education.
alberta.ca/PASI/myPass/welcome

Please note * Fees for Diploma rewrite will apply. Fees are payable to Alberta Education through MyPass.
